Covid-19 Telehealth (Emergency, Audio and Video Services)

We understand that this may be a challenging time for many people as we adjust to our new normal.

Although we have closed our office to in-person counselling sessions to ensure the health and safety of clients and staff, your mental health is very important to us at Haven for Hope Counselling Centre. Our dedicated team are offering telephone and video counselling sessions to both new and existing clients.

If you are an existing client, please contact your counsellor directly to schedule a telephone or video session.

If you are a new client in need of support, please call our office at (506) 206-7737 and leave a message. Our office administrator will return your call as soon as possible to connect you with the right counsellor.

If you are in crisis, please contact your counsellor or call the office at (506)206-7737. The Chimo Helpline is also available 24/7 to take your call at 1-800-667-5005. The Fredericton Mobile Crisis unit is still operating at this time and is available at (506) 453-2132.

We are accepting payments for telephone and video sessions through means of e-transfer only. We also have sliding scales rates available for those who may not otherwise be able to afford counselling at this time.

Please speak to your counsellor regarding rates and payments.
