Full masking is in place as we enter the Orange Phase of Covid 19 restrictions. All persons, clients and counsellors are required to wear masks at all times, even when they are over six feet apart.
We are still doing personal counselling sessions! Our dedicated team is offering in-person counselling, telephone and video counselling sessions to both new and existing clients.
If you are an existing client, please contact your counsellor directly to schedule an in-person, telephone or video session.
If you are a new client in need of support, please call our office at (506) 206-7737 and leave a message. Our office administrator will return your call as soon as possible to connect you with the appropriate counsellor.
If you are in crisis, please contact your counsellor or call the office at (506) 206-7737. The Chimo Helpline is also available 24/7 to take your call at 1-800-667-5005. The Fredericton Mobile Crisis unit is still operating at this time and is available at (506) 453-2132.
We are accepting payments for all sessions through means of e-transfer. We also have sliding scales rates available for those who may not otherwise be able to afford counselling at this time.
Please speak to your counsellor regarding rates and payments.
Public health guidelines regarding practice in a COVID 19 world are being followed, 2-metre distancing, sanitizing, handwashing directive, masking when necessary and other protocols outlined by the province and the New Brunswick Association of Social Workers (NBASW).
We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates on both our website and our Facebook page.
As a community, we will get through this! Stay safe, everyone!
