Tiffany Saunders, Clinical Specialist, MSW, RSW – Virtual only clients
Tiffany focuses on taking a holistic health and wellness approach to the clients she works with, considering the social, economic and cultural contexts people have been shaped by. She is passionate about supporting others to connect to their own inner wisdom, in addition to advocating for people to have equal access to the social determinants of health. Her approach is trauma informed and integrative. She is trained to treat trauma, weaving approaches together such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Compassionate Inquiry, mindfulness and embodiment practices.
If you are navigating the symptoms of trauma, stress, grief, anxiety, depression, spirituality, or the search for meaning, she would love to connect with you. She has worked closely with youth experiencing homelessness, those who have experienced sexual violence and people who are involved in the justice system. She is sensitive to the complexities of system level harms, and finding ways to interrupt them in collaboration with clients and other community partners.
She provides an empathetic, non-judgemental safe space for people to be themselves, heal at their own pace, and work towards their dreams and goals. She is passionate about supporting self-identifying young women and girls, as well adult women in addressing some of the collective challenges that women uniquely face. She is interested in working with all genders and non-gender specific people, sexual orientations, cultural and religious affiliations.
Some of her favourite practices and activities are yoga, boxing, meditation, cold dipping, hiking in nature, traveling, and staying connected to close friends and family.
Hallie Burt, BSW, MSW, RSW (she/her)
Hallie works with youth and adults navigating the impacts of trauma, relationship challenges, and emotional distress. She believes healing happens in the context of supportive, authentic relationships and is committed to creating a therapeutic space where people feel understood, respected, and valued. Hallie is especially passionate about supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ youth and adults, survivors of intimate partner violence, and neurodivergent individuals through a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming lens.
Hallie works with those who have experienced relational wounds, conflict, or chronic stress that continue to shape how they see themselves and connect with others. She recognizes that harm can occur within intimate relationships, families, communities, and broader systems, and that these experiences can contribute to anxiety, depression, shame, hopelessness, and feeling disconnected from yourself or others. Together, you will explore these experiences with curiosity and compassion, working toward greater safety, self-understanding, and self-trust while building a life that feels meaningful and aligned with your values.
Hallie practices from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive framework. She integrates several different approaches, including parts work, Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and incorporates the Integrated Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model (ITATM) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support trauma processing. Hallie brings a calm, playful, and compassionate presence to therapy, believing that meaningful change grows from a collaborative relationship where people feel supported, understood, and free to show up as their authentic selves.

Micah MacIsaac BSW, RSW
I believe everyone is capable of change. My journeys from adolescence to adult, child to adult caregiver, independent to partner/parent, or career planning to career surviving, has validated my awareness that we all struggle even with the best intentions, and we all have missteps. The good news is some of our missteps can be our greatest opportunity for growth. I have dedicated myself to professionally helping others in times of crisis for nearly 20 years. If I have the privilege to work with you, in whatever area you desire to become the best version of yourself, I commit to you it will be done in a safe, supportive, judgement-free approach.
Andrea Albert, RCT-C
I believe we all carry the strength to heal within us—but we don’t have to walk that path alone. My role as a counsellor is to help you access that strength and support you in creating meaningful, lasting change.
I work with clients of all ages who are navigating anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, grief and loss, stress, family and youth-related challenges, and trauma, including PTSD. I bring a warm, compassionate presence and a calm, steady approach that helps clients feel safe, heard, and understood—especially during difficult transitions or emotional overwhelm.
With a special interest and experience in working with youth, I have developed a strong track record of building trusting, authentic relationships with young people. I understand that teens and pre-teens often need a space outside their usual support systems—beyond parents, teachers, or coaches—where they can feel free to be themselves without fear of judgment or pressure. I offer a welcoming and non-judgmental environment where they can explore their thoughts, emotions, and identity at their own pace.
My approach is client-centered, flexible, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. Whether we’re working together to build coping tools, improve relationships, process trauma, or rediscover a sense of hope, our work will be collaborative and grounded in respect for your lived experience.
Let’s begin your journey toward clarity, resilience, and renewed emotional well-being—one step at a time.
Margaret (Maggie) Covert , RCT-C
When we feel afraid, confused, overwhelmed, and alone, it can seem impossible to find our way. One of my favourite things about counselling is that it can help us remember ourselves – what we like, and what we don’t like, what we’re good at, what’s important, and especially that we’re capable. We’re kind of neat.
I help youth and adults who are looking for happiness, peace, relief, or clarity. I counsel both individuals and partners. My approach tends to be a good fit for those who are facing anxiety, depression, conflict, parenting difficulties, identity shifts, major life changes, or barriers related to gender, sexuality, disability, and race.
People close to me say that I’m patient, warm, and curious. I think that’s mostly true. I’m also adventurous and tenacious. While few people tell me I’m funny, I do love to laugh, and these traits are a part of my work.

Claire (she/her) enjoys working with youth and adults from diverse backgrounds and with a variety of therapeutic goals. While she welcomes a wide range of concerns, Claire has a particular interest in supporting individuals navigating life and career transitions, self-esteem, grief and loss, addictions, and healing from burnout. As a proud member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, she is passionate about providing affirming, inclusive care to fellow community members.
Above all, Claire aims to offer a space where you feel comfortable being yourself and sharing your story. Her approach to therapy is flexible and collaborative, grounded in a client-centred perspective, and supported through anti-oppressive and neurodiversity-affirming lenses. She draws from a range of evidence-based therapies such as Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy to meet your individual needs and encourage meaningful change. Together, we’ll explore the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours while developing strategies that support your life goals and current environment.
Through her background in gender studies and research, Claire has developed an appreciation for community-centred care that values each person’s unique experiences while recognizing the environmental, societal, and structural factors that can shape mental health. She truly believes that these experiences deserve space in the therapy room and always aims to create an environment where we can explore how they may be influencing your current journey. Whether you’re coming to therapy with a specific goal or simply looking for a space to better understand yourself, Claire would be honoured to support you and looks forward to meeting you!
