How do I book my first appointment?

To book your first appointment please contact the appropriate office to complete the intake form. You can reach our Fredericton/Oromocto office at 506-206-7737 and our Halifax office at 902-443-7191. The intake form is used to get your contact information, insurance, and reason for seeking counselling to start the file for your counselor or mental health support worker.

How long are the wait times?

We have a wait period of no more than two weeks to get in for your first appointment.

How long is each session?

Each counseling session is 60 minutes.

Which location will I be seen at?

We have one office in Fredericton and one in Oromocto for our New Brunswick region. Our counselors/mental health support workers travel between the two and will meet clients where is most convenient for them. All of our counselors/mental health support workers offer virtual services.

What are the fees?

The fees vary according to the credentials of your counsellor or mental health support worker. We have mental health support workers, bachelor of social work, master of social work and licensed clinical therapists. The fee range is $75 – $175.

Do we do diagnoses or assessments?

No, we do not do any diagnoses or assessments.

Do we direct bill?

We are covered by many EAP and insurance plans. Prior to booking an appointment, please contact your insurance provider for coverage details to see what type of provider you are covered for.

At the moment we can direct bill for Blue Cross, Greenshield and Campus Trust.

We also work with Telus Health and below is a list of the insurance companies we can direct bill for with social workers only.
